Shipping Policy

Genyve offers a flat rate shipping structure for most orders, excluding remote areas and certain specialised delivery requirements. For standard deliveries, you will never be charged more than the applicable flat rate, regardless of order size. Shipping rates are determined by delivery location and will be shown at checkout.

Due to ongoing increases in carrier pricing, fuel surcharges and delivery costs, our shipping rates have been updated to maintain the reliability of our service.

Australia

Free Shipping
Available on orders over $199 (where standard delivery conditions apply)

Metro areas – $15 Flat Rate or FREE over $199
Regional and non-remote areas – $20 Flat Rate or FREE over $199

New Zealand

All orders – $30 Flat Rate

Please note:

We are not able to deliver to some areas deemed remote by our delivery partners. Some orders may require additional shipping charges depending on delivery location or handling requirements. If applicable, we will contact you prior to dispatch.

What is Authority To Leave?

Some postal services will allow you to give authority to leave depending on your region. By doing this you are giving your delivery company permission to leave your order in a safe place if no one is home to sign for your order. Genyve will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with the authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and Genyve will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of selecting to leave your parcel without a signature.

Track & Trace

Genyve constantly seeks out the best shipping options for delivery. We use multiple freight courier services in order to provide our customers with great value and service for their deliveries. We reserve the right to change freight providers or substitute freight providers from time to time without providing further notice.

All deliveries are automatically directed to a Track & Trace system whereby you can track the status of your order at all times. Signatures on delivery may be required.

Some things can’t be helped

We reserve the right to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the contact details provided. We will refund the money paid using the original method received. All orders are subject to availability of stock.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

As we are committed to your satisfaction, we work very hard to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Step 1: Orders are typically picked and packed within 1–3 business days of being received.

Step 2: Once prepared, your order will be dispatched with Australia Post or one of our courier partners.

Step 3: The courier collects your parcel and we have no control over delivery once it has left our warehouse.

 

Australia: Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for most major capital cities (up to 10 business days for Perth and Darwin).

New Zealand: Please allow approximately 8–14 business days (up to 20 days depending on location).

Delivery times are dependent on your location and local courier services. Delays may occur during busy periods or unforeseen events.

Please ensure delivery details are correct at checkout. We are not obliged to re-send orders at our expense where incorrect details are provided.

What does the shipping charge cover?

Shipping costs include more than just the cost of postage and/or freight. Costs may include order processing, picking and packing, packaging materials, and delivery charges.

While shipping costs vary depending on delivery location and order requirements, we do not always pass on the full cost to our customers.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately Genyve currently DOES NOT offer international shipping options other than New Zealand.

Is Genyve responsible for my parcel after it's shipped?

Once your order has been packed and dispatched from our facility, delivery and tracking become the responsibility of our courier partners.
