Shipping Policy
Genyve. offers flat rate for shipping on every order. This means that you will never be charged more than the flat rate no matter how large the order is. The flat rate depends on the size and where the parcel will be delivered. You will be shown your flat rate at checkout.
Free Shipping:
AUS – $150
NZ – $200
There is no delivery option for remote/extremely remote areas of Australia.
What is Authority To Leave?
Some postal services will allow you to give authority to leave depending on your region. By doing this you are giving your delivery company permission to leave your order in a safe place if no one is home to sign for your order. Genyve will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with the authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and Genyve will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of selecting to leave your parcel without a signature.
Track & Trace
Genyve constantly seeks out the best shipping options for delivery. We use multiple freight courier services in order to provide our customers with great value and service for their deliveries. We reserve the right to change freight providers, or substitute freight providers from time to time without providing further notice.
All deliveries are automatically directed to a Track & Trace system whereby you can track the status of your order at all times. Signatures on delivery will be required.
Some things can’t be helped
We reserve the right to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or phone number/s provided. We will refund the money paid using the original method received. All orders are subject to availability of stock.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
As we are committed to your satisfaction, we work very hard to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. We aim to send your order on the same day if ordered before 9am AEST, however some orders may take a little longer. Please allow up to 3-5 days for most major capital cities (10 days for Perth and Darwin). New Zealand delivery time estimate 8-14 business days (between major metro areas), but please allow up to 20 days. However, we cannot control the speed of delivery by the courier services. If you live a little farther out, please allow a little bit of extra time.
Please take every effort to include the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Delivery times are highly dependent on your location and local transport services in your local area. The lead-times are measured in business days; they do not include weekends or public holidays.
What does the shipping charge cover?
Shipping costs includes more than just the cost of postage and/or air freight. Costs include order processing and stock receiving, pick and pack, packaging materials, air freight, courier and/or postage.
Postage and air freight costs vary by weight and/or cubic metre, and delivery location, however we do not pass on the whole of this cost to you, our customer.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately Genyve currently DOES NOT offer international shipping options other than New Zealand.
Is Genyve responsible for my parcel after it’s shipped?
Once your order has been packed and dispatched from our facility, delivery and tracking become the responsibility of our trusted courier partners. While Genyve ensures timely processing and dispatch of all orders, the parcel’s journey, including tracking updates, delivery attempts, and notifications is managed entirely by them.
For any delivery issues, we recommend contacting AusPost directly via the AusPost app or on 13 76 78.
What’s changing with Australia Post delivery notifications from 19 May 2025?
Australia Post is introducing photo confirmation of attempted deliveries via the AusPost app for MyPost customers. If a parcel can’t be delivered, a photo of the front door or the safe place (if applicable) will be available in the app to help customers understand what happened and where to collect their order.
How can I receive delivery photos and updates in the AusPost app?
To access delivery photos and real-time updates, make sure you have a MyPost account and that your email address and mobile number are provided at checkout. Australia Post will only show photos when your parcel can be matched to your MyPost account
